You’ll spend a semester studying in the most exciting city anywhere while interning at one of the world’s great cultural, artistic, business or philanthropic organizations. It’s an unforgettable way to expand your outlook, learn about global issues, network with Adelphi alumni and prepare for life after college.

You’ll take engaging, specially designed courses and spend 15 to 20 hours a week in an internship related to your major or an area of interest. You and your fellow NYC Scholars will be housed together in beautiful Brooklyn Heights, just a short distance from our Manhattan Center on Varick Street. Together, you will form a living/learning community, supporting one another and sharing experiences.

It’s an incredibly valuable opportunity and a great way to grow, learn and prepare for life after college. And it costs little more than a standard semester at Adelphi.
